MISSION STATEMENT of the
MICHAEL S. WYATT TEEN HELP FOUNDATION, Inc.
ALL children, teenagers and young adults CAN succeed no matter what they’re 
circumstances and in spite of past misdeeds.  The Michael S. Wyatt Teen Help 
Foundation pledges that “NO One Should Go Un-Heard” and everyone regardless of 
race, religion, creed, sexual orientation or economic background will have a place to go for counsel, 
support and referrals to mental health facilities in accordance with their special 
needs.  Crisis and Suicide intervention and prevention as well as the proper mental 
health care for ALL our young people is the mission of the non-profit Corporation of the 
Michael S. Wyatt Teen Help Foundation, Inc.

ULTIMATE GOAL of the
MICHAEL S. WYATT TEEN HELP FOUNDATION, Inc.
To one day have a ranch/farm facility to house “at risk” and “troubled” young 
people.  The facility will remain a non profit organization and youth will “earn” 
their stay by working the crops, live stock and in keeping the facility in good order 
by housekeeping and maintenance.  They can come to the facility to receive guidance 
toward a more positive future.  They will develop a respect for working for what they 
receive while developing self respect, self esteem and a more positive outlook on 
their futures with a stead fast mindset to be the best they can be.
